Albert & Alice Jones were the 2nd owners of this property and house.  They purchased it in 1966.  Albert and Alice had no children

He worked at the Barmera sub branch on the executive for 2 years and 5 years as a local sub branch hospital vistor.
Worked to erect the club rooms and 
conducted volunteer maintenance of club surroundings.
Albert was always willing to support fellow members who were in destress.
He was the secretary of the 10th/50th Unit Club Upper Murray and was awarded a life membership.
RSM Volunteer Defence Core 8th battalion Head Quarters Murray Bridge.
Awarded a life membership by the Barmera Agricultural Bureau.
Patron and a Life Member of the Rifle Club.
Member Bamera
Hotel Inc Board of Management for 4 years.
